What is the Health Air Priority Club?
The Health Air Priority Club (HAPC) is Health Air's annual maintenance contract for air conditioners in Bhopal. Members get one chemical service and two dry services of their AC, unlimited breakdown visits and priority on the technicians' schedule, on a 1-year, 3-year or lifetime plan.
How much does an AC AMC plan cost?
₹1,999 for 1 year, ₹4,999 for 3 years and ₹9,999 for a lifetime plan, per air conditioner, with taxes extra as applicable.
Can I join if my AC wasn't bought from Health Air?
Yes. HAPC covers air conditioners, water coolers, refrigeration systems and RO purifiers of any brand. Equipment out of warranty is inspected by our engineer first, and any repair needed is billed before the plan starts.
Where is HAPC available?
Within Bhopal municipal limits, for the registered equipment at the registered address.

The fine print, in plain words.
When the contract starts
- The contract runs for one year from the end of the warranty or the previous contract, provided payment is received before that date; otherwise from the date of payment.
- For equipment out of warranty, our representative first checks that it is in working order. If it is faulty, service charges and replaced parts are billed before the plan begins.
- Renewal after expiry is at the company's discretion.
What isn't covered
- Damage from unauthorised alteration, modification or replacement of parts, or a removed or altered serial number.
- Natural disasters such as flood, lightning or earthquake, and strikes, riots or acts of war.
- Abnormal voltage fluctuation, accident, fire, rat bites, neglect or other than ordinary use. Service needed for these reasons is charged at standard rates for spares and labour.
- Faults in electrical wiring outside the equipment, which the customer rectifies as we recommend.
Location and access
- Plans are valid for customers within Bhopal municipal limits and cover only the registered equipment at the registered address.
- Tell us in writing before you move. If the new location is outside our service area, the contract ends and is not refundable.
- If a unit is out of reach of our engineers, the customer arranges safe access.
Payment
- 100% payment in advance. Taxes extra as applicable.
- Discounts on spares and other services apply to the registered product only.
- These terms are not negotiable, and no employee of Health Air or its service partners can change them.
