What does Health Air do as an HVAC contractor?

Health Air Cooling Systems Pvt Ltd is a Bhopal HVAC contractor that takes commercial air conditioning from site inspection to long-term service. The company began as a room-AC dealership in 1999 and moved into commercial HVAC when it became a private limited company in 2008. Its scope covers VRF and VRV systems, ducted (ductable) air conditioning, cassette and tower units, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation and exhaust, cleanrooms and cold rooms. Each project starts with a site inspection and a heat-load calculation, followed by supply, installation, testing and commissioning by Health Air's own crews, so the team that installs a system is the team that maintains it. Health Air is an authorised dealer for Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier and LG air conditioning. It has delivered more than 3,000 HP of HVAC projects in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, the largest an 800 HP VRF installation for a wellness centre at Bhojpur near Bhopal.

VRF and VRV

VRF systems from Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier and LG

A VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system, also called VRV, connects one outdoor unit to many indoor units. Each room or zone keeps its own temperature, and the system adjusts its output to the load.

  • Hotels: guest rooms in use at different hours, each with its own control.
  • Offices: cabins, meeting rooms and open floors on one system.
  • Hospitals and campuses: many rooms with changing occupancy through the day.
  • Large homes: central cooling for every room without a wall of outdoor units. Central AC for home →

Central and commercial AC

Which commercial AC suits your space: ductable, cassette or tower?

Not every building needs VRF. For a single hall, a shop floor or a clinic, one of these is often the simpler answer. A heat-load calculation settles it.

Ductable air conditioner indoor unit

Ductable AC

One concealed unit feeds a hall, showroom or banquet space through ducts. Only the grilles show.

Ceiling cassette air conditioner

Cassette AC

Set into the false ceiling of an open office or shop floor, blowing air four ways. Larger floors take several units.

Tower AC

Stands on the floor and throws air a long way. A good fit where the ceiling can't be opened up.

Beyond air conditioners

AHUs, ventilation, chillers, cleanrooms and cold rooms

Some buildings need more than cooling. These are part of the same project scope, designed and installed by the same team.

Chillers

Central plant that cools water for large buildings, feeding air handling units across the floors.

Air handling units

AHUs condition and move air through ducts for halls, hospitals and other large spaces.

Ventilation and exhaust

Fresh air in and stale air out, for kitchens, basements, washrooms and work areas.

Cleanrooms

Controlled spaces for work that needs clean, conditioned air.

Cold rooms

Refrigerated rooms for storing goods at low temperature.

Service after handover

Questions

VRF/VRV and HVAC questions, answered

Do you install VRF systems in Bhopal?

Yes. Health Air designs, supplies, installs and commissions VRF systems in Bhopal and across Madhya Pradesh, and is an authorised dealer for Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier and LG air conditioning. Our largest project is an 800 HP VRF installation for a wellness centre at Bhojpur near Bhopal.

What is the difference between VRF and VRV?

There is no technical difference: they are the same technology. VRV (variable refrigerant volume) is Daikin's trademark name, and VRF (variable refrigerant flow) is the generic term. Health Air installs VRF systems from the brands it is authorised for: Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier and LG.

Do you take HVAC projects outside Bhopal?

Yes. We work across Madhya Pradesh, including a 32,000 sq ft hall at Brahmasthan of India near Jabalpur, and outside the state, such as a 120 HP VRF system for the Maharishi Smarak in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

What is the difference between a VRF system and a ductable AC?

A VRF system connects one outdoor unit to many indoor units, so each room or zone keeps its own temperature. A ductable AC is concealed above the ceiling and sends cool air through ducts and grilles, which suits single large spaces such as halls and showrooms. We recommend one after a heat-load calculation.

How do you size a commercial air conditioning system?

We inspect the site and calculate the heat load, accounting for floor area, sunlight, glazing, occupancy and equipment. Sizing by a rule of thumb alone often leads to systems that cannot cool the space or cost too much to run.

Do you handle chillers, AHUs, cleanrooms and cold rooms?

Yes. Our project scope covers VRF and VRV systems, ducted air conditioning, chillers, air handling units, ventilation and exhaust, cleanrooms and cold rooms.

Who maintains the system after installation?

Our own technicians. We repair and maintain split, ducted and VRF systems for commercial customers, and our service lines are +91 82240 09999 and +91 70241 19999.
